You can now upload three virtual tour links on

In April 2020, CREA introduced a new feature to allowing you to display one video or virtual tour on your listings on

FVREB worked with CREA to increase that number and now you can add up to three video or URL links to your listings.

These ‘How-to’ instructions are also posted on REALTOR Link® on our Tech Support page > Paragon – Help & Resources.

Adding URLs to your listing

First, log into Paragon. Go to Listings > Listing Maintenance and search for the listing you want to add links to.

Click on ‘Select an Action’ to open the Add/Edit Virtual Tour function. You are presented with 5 fields:

  • The first and main one is the Virtual Tour URL field (312)
  • The second option is Property Brochure URL field (313)
  • And the third and newest is Alt Feature Sheet URL field (343)*

*Note: this field number can vary depending on property type.

(312) Virtual Tour URL is your main option

Out of the three URL field options, Field (312) is the most important. For most virtual tour videos, it will embed the URL directly into the listing right above the property description.

Use any Virtual Tour link in field (312)

You can add any URL links to field (312), however if you want a video image to embed in your listing, it’s the only field that will support links from this long list of designated Virtual Tour Providers:

  • iGuide
  • YouTube
  • Vimeo
  • Matterport
  • RealVision
  • Immoviewer
  • iStaging
  • ImageMaker360
  • Property Panorama
  • 3D Tour
  • List Simple

If you are using a URL link from a company that is not listed above it will not embed. It will display as a “Multimedia” icon at the bottom of your listing.  This could be your personal website address, a drone video, a Designated Virtual Tour or any other URL.

Here is how a Designated Virtual Tour link added to Field (312) displays on

Fields (313) & (343)

These are your field options for two additional URL links.

If you have a second Virtual Tour for your listing, enter it into Field (343) Alt Feature Sheet URL.  (This field number will vary depending on property type.)

It will display as the “More Information” icon and the “View Listing on REALTOR® Website” link below your name.

Lastly, the third option, Field (313) Property Brochure can also accommodate any other types of URLs: a link to a PDF brochure (as long as it’s on a website), a live-stream link to an open house or a live virtual tour. Any links from Field (313) will display as the Brochure icon.
