After thirteen years of dedicated service to the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board as the Professional Standards Manager, Dennis Wilson has decided to retire from the FVREB, as of July 31, 2020.
Dennis began his real estate career in 1980, and has contributed to the advancement of the profession by investing countless hours of volunteer time to a plethora of varying committees with the FVREB, BCREA and CREA.
He was also the President of the FVREB in 1998, the President of BCREA 2002-2003, and the recipient of FVREB’s John Armeneau Professional of the Year Award in 2001. Dennis’ passion for professional standards also lead him to take on the role of an instructor for a number of ethics related courses presented to REALTORS® across BC.
In 2007, Dennis joined the FVREB and became an integral part of the Professional Standards team, and a vital resource for the membership at large.
Please join Board staff in wishing Dennis a happy, rewarding, and well-deserved retirement.
Unfortunately, an in-person celebration will not be scheduled due to COVID-19 and current health regulations, but please make time to send your heartfelt congratulations to him directly at dennis.wilson@fvreb.bc.ca, and please pass along this message to anyone who would appreciate hearing this news.
