The app will provide your clients with the transparency they want and need, and important real-time information about their listing, including:

  • Estimate of sale proceeds,
  • Days on market,
  • Total listing view count,
  • Prospective buyer interaction.

How does the Collab Centre app benefit your buying clients?

Using their personalized portal, buyers can search for homes, view agent-recommended listings and request showings, as well as:

  • Easily communicate with you, their agent,
  • Share potential homes on social media,
  • Mark listings as favorite, possible, rejected,
  • Add comments to listings,
  • Use a mortgage calculator to estimate monthly payments,
  • View new or changed listings,
  • Group listings by tagging,
  • Compare listings side-by-side,
  • Save their own searches,
  • View sold listings that match their criteria.

How does it work?

Agents will invite their clients to download the app from their Paragon Connect/Paragon Pro account.

Your client will receive an email inviting them to download the app (both Apple App and Google Play), and a unique Invitation Code they’ll enter in the app to get started.
