New on Paragon® Connect: Paragon 13.3 Update (Part 2)

In a market where sellers face plenty of competition, Paragon 13.3 delivers one-click listing comparisons in Seller reports, Google Street View added to printable EasyCMAs, and improved dashboard defaults for office-level insights.

Compare Competition Listings in Seller Reports

The Compare feature is now available directly in the Competition tab of Seller reports in Paragon Connect.

With one click, you can launch a full-page, side-by-side comparison of your listing and competing properties, using the same familiar experience from Collaboration Center. The comparison focuses on key property details only, with no remarks or third-party clutter, making differences easy to spot and explain to sellers.

Subject Property Photo Now Included in Printable EasyCMAs

Printable EasyCMA reports now include a photo of the subject property at the top of the report.

If a listing photo is available, it will display automatically. If not, a static Google Street View image will appear instead. When neither is available, the report displays as it does today. This ensures CMAs always include a clear visual reference without disrupting existing layouts.

Smarter Default Views for Brokers

To better support broker and manager workflows, widgets that include Agent and Office tabs will now default to the Office view when accessed by brokers or managers.

This change applies to both the Main Dashboard and Inventory Dashboard and makes it easier to monitor office-wide activity without switching tabs.

New CMA Tab in Collaboration Center

Clients can now access their EasyCMA reports directly from a new CMA tab in the Collaboration Center.

When a CMA is assigned, it appears automatically in the client’s dashboard. If multiple CMAs exist, clients can select from a dropdown sorted by most recent updates. The viewer matches the emailed CMA experience, allowing clients to explore comparables, maps, listing details, documents, and agent contact links.

This update reduces email back-and-forth and keeps CMAs accessible and up to date for clients.
