New on Paragon® Connect: Paragon 13.2 & 13.3 Update

Paragon 13.2 -13.3 adds improvements to your text message history, alerts for listings pending longer than expected and an easier way to enter property features.

Clearer Listing and Contact Details in SMS Message History

When you share listings by text, your Message History now displays clearer, more recognizable details. This feature is available in both Paragon Connect and Pro.

Instead of system-generated numeric IDs, listings will now show the Display ID, making it easier to identify which property was sent. Contact information has also been updated to show the client’s first and last name, rather than a number.

Pending Tracker: Alerts, Widgets, and Mobile Notifications

Paragon now makes it easier to keep tabs on listings that have been pending longer than expected, based on MLS® rules.

Agents will receive Pending Tracker alerts in the Message Center when one of their listings exceeds the configured pending timeframe. These alerts appear only when action is needed and link directly to a filtered list of affected listings.

A new Pending Tracker widget is also available for both the Homepage and Inventory Dashboard. It shows a clear count of listings that have been pending beyond the threshold, organized by My Info, Office, and Firm tabs. Brokers and managers will default to the Office view, while agents see their own listings first. Counts are clickable based on permissions and can be refreshed in real time.

For agents using the Paragon Connect mobile app, daily push notifications will alert you when listings cross the pending threshold, keeping you informed even when you’re away from your desk.

All Features Field: Faster Listing Input

The new All Features field is now available in Paragon Connect, offering a simpler way to enter property features in one place instead of across multiple fields.

When enabled by your system administrator, this field supports autocomplete by feature name, code, or value and stays fully synced with individual feature fields. It’s optional; agents can still enter features by category if they prefer.

Clicking the expansion icon opens a mini modal where you can browse and search features, filter required categories, and add selections quickly. The design is optimized for speed, even with large feature lists.

Stay tuned for more updates from Paragon 13.3 coming next week!
