Residential and Commercial Data Input Forms, Sub-Area Maps, and Paragon® access are all about to get better!

The Fraser Valley, Greater Vancouver, BC Northern and Chilliwack and District real estate boards are making improvements to the business tools Realtors rely on day-in and day-out to serve their clients.

The improvements will include:

  • changes to the Residential Data Input Form and Commercial Data Input Form as requested by Realtors;
  • revised sub-area maps in Paragon® to better reflect growth in population and development in communities; and
  • more mobile-friendly access to Paragon® contacts and data through the launch of Paragon® Connect.

In the coming weeks, we will be highlighting the exciting developments; starting today with a highly anticipated change to the Residential Data Input Form (DIF).

The last time the Residential DIF was updated was in July 2019. The July 2021 version of the form will include many of the changes requested by members before and since the move to CREA WEBForms®, such as an expanded Realtor Remarks section from the current maximum of 300 characters to 500 characters.

The additional space Realtors have been requesting in the Realtor Remarks will help accommodate the plethora of important information shared Realtor to Realtor, such as disclosures, delays in showings, delays in offers, showing instructions, health and safety protocols related to COVID-19, source of measurements, and more.

We’ll be sharing information on further improvements to the DIF and other members’ business tools soon.
