By now you have received an all-member e-Memo updating you on the current situation with CREA WEBForms® 2019 and REALTOR® Load (ADT).

As of today, CREA WEBForms® 2019 is not yet integrated with REALTOR® Load (ADT), and any replacement solutions commissioned by CREA have yet to be rolled out.

CREA and Lone Wolf Technologies, the makers of TransactionDESK®, committed to developing REALTOR® Load (ADT) functionality for the approximately 4,000 members in BC who rely on it – Fraser Valley, Chilliwack and BC Northern REALTORS® – before the end of 2019.

WEBForms® Legacy will be turned off December 31st

CREA recently notified us that although they are still working through the challenge, they intend to follow their original timeline and retire WEBForms® Legacy effective December 31, 2019.

This means that effective January 2020, you will most likely have a new system to upload your listing data from CREA WEBForms® powered by TransactionDESK®, however we don’t know what it is and when it will be available.

We understand the challenge this could pose for you and your businesses and have pressed CREA and Lone Wolf Technologies to ramp up their services with a view to making the transition more manageable and successful for FVREB members.

CREA has informed us that it’s committed to ensuring BC members who rely on ADT will have a reliable alternative before the end of the year.

Comments, concerns? Three opportunities to give CREA direct feedback

To bring you up to speed and answer any of your questions or concerns, CREA is hosting three information sessions specifically for FVREB members – one webinar and two in-person sessions.

We’d like to emphasize that this is an opportunity to speak directly with CREA WEBForms® 2019 Product Manager, Blair Armstrong, and to influence the continuing functionality of the CREA WEBForms® service.

  • CREA LIVE WEBINAR – Monday, October 21 @ 11 am our time – 90 minutes in length.
  • CREA IN-PERSON SESSIONS – Tuesday, October 29 @ 10 am AND 1:30 pm – each 90 minutes in length.
  • Registration for all three is available through the TLC Calendar. We understand its short notice and encourage you to participate in any way that you can.

    We also recognize that when the new WEBForms® platform was rolled out in August, we encouraged you to familiarize yourself with the new system but continue your day-to-day work on the Legacy system which supported ADT access.

    Given the current situation and short timeline between now and December 31st, we are now recommending you become as comfortable as you can navigating within the new WEBForms® TransactionDESK® platform.

    Take as much training – both online and in-person – as you can. CREA has a dedicated training portal. We are offering numerous lab courses available through the TLC Calendar.

    In the coming weeks, we will share information on how best to prepare for the end of WEBForms® Legacy and a new automatic data transfer system.
