The New Member Portal makes it easy for brokers to stay informed regarding the education status of the members in their office.
Not only that, at a glance, you can see a list of those members, when their license will expire, and whether they’ve earned enough PDP credits to renew it. This can all be found in the Brokerage Education report available through the portal.
The Brokerage Education report can be accessed from the top menu bar under ‘Brokerage’ and the drop-down option ‘Broker Reports’.
Select ‘Brokerage Education’ from the ‘Select Report’ drop-down list and, if your organization has multiple offices, select the correct one from the ‘Select Brokerage’ drop-down next to it.
The Brokerage Education report will then be displayed, and the records in the report can be sorted using the arrows beside each column heading.
To view someone’s Education Transcript, just click on their name.
