This week the Direction Regarding Presentation of Offers form was updated in light of revisions to the Rules of Cooperation which are coming into effect on November 1.
In addition to the current use of the form, from now on anytime a seller directs their agent to delay the presentation of offers, it must be noted on the Direction Regarding Presentation of Offers form and also noted in the REALTOR® Remarks of the listing.
When submitting a listing for entry or activation by the board, a completed Direction Regarding Presentation of Offers form must be submitted along with the new listing documentation.
The revised form also includes the logos of the three real estate boards who share the Rules of Cooperation.
More detail about recent improvements to the Rules of Cooperation will be available in NewsReal this week.
