On November 24, 2021, BCREA Standard Forms launched 11 new forms, multiple clauses, and revisions to a significant number of forms, which are now available on WEBForms®. REALTORS® will find all the changes, amendments, and additions at the Fall 2021 Standard Forms Release landing page. In addition, Realtors can access a variety of supporting resources including toolkits and videos at the BCREA Standard Forms Resource Centre.
Note: Any new Multiple Listing Contract Contracts signed on or after Thursday November 24th must be on the newly released BCREA forms, or they will be returned and not processed. Any September 2020 version of the contract signed prior to November 24th will be processed.
To support Realtors in adopting and using the new forms, BCREA will host a one-hour Q&A post-launch webinar on December 2, 2021 from 10:00 – 11:00am.
