The British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) has announced its 2026–2027 Board of Directors, with Okanagan REALTOR® Kim Heizmann stepping into the role of Chair following the Association’s Annual Meeting on March 24.
Heizmann brings nearly two decades of experience in the Okanagan and a strong track record of leadership within organized real estate.
Joining her on the executive team are Chair-Elect Robert Wood, BCREA CEO Trevor Koot, and Past Chair Chris Shields, a former Chair of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.
Several experienced directors are returning to the Board, alongside the addition of Burnaby REALTOR® Phil Moore, who will join following the completion of his term with the Canadian Real Estate Association in April.
Members can expect continued collaboration between BCREA and local boards, ensuring provincial priorities remain aligned with the needs of REALTORS® across the Fraser Valley and beyond.
