As the new Rules under the Real Estate Services Act come into effect this Friday, June 15, there is plenty of support available through Council (your primary source of information on the new Rules), BCREA and the Board to help you make it through the transition so you can continue working and helping your clients.

Now available to all licensees: New course on the Rules

If you haven’t yet registered for the course “Rule Changes: Agency & Disclosure,” do it now! You are strongly encouraged to complete the course as soon as possible because after October 1, 2018, you will need to provide proof that you have completed the course before you can renew your license.

The course was developed by the UBC Sauder School of Business in collaboration with the Council and gives you the information you need to understand and comply with the Rule changes.
