As of November 15, the new and revised standard forms and clauses are now available on CREA WEBForms®. Some of the key changes included in this launch include:
- The addition of a new counterparts term;
- New heritage and archaeological questions in the Property Disclosure Statements;
- A new Releasing Trust Account Deposit Funds Clause;
- The use of additional language to provide greater clarity; and
- Housekeeping and formatting updates.
These were drafted in response to requests from the profession and key stakeholders, and they reflect regulatory and practice requirements.

Standard Forms Toolkits and Professional Development Courses
In addition to the launch, the Standard Forms Toolkits on BCREA Access (login required) have been revised. Plans to update BCRA’s Professional Development courses on CREA’s Learning Hub (login required) are also underway.
