Upload Listing, the new ADT replacement tool in CREA WEBForms® 2019 powered by TransactionDesk® is scheduled for release on Monday, December 2.
As we indicated in an All-Member eMemo issued today, CREA and Lone Wolf – the makers of TransactionDesk – have given us a tentative timeline for the testing and implementation of Upload Listing and the deactivation of REALTOR® Load (ADT).
This timeline is based on the success of the testing and the release. If things don’t go well and the tool isn’t working properly for you, the timeline will change. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way.
Proposed timeline for Upload Listing (formerly ADT):
Here is the tentative schedule CREA and Lone Wolf have given us for the release of Upload Listing, and the end of ADT and WEBForms® Legacy.
- November 27 to December 1 – TESTING MODE for UPLOAD LISTING – Members will see the Upload Listing icon in the top right corner of CREA WEBForms® 2019, but it is NOT ready for you to use yet. FVREB IT staff will be working with TransactionDesk to test the functionality and ensure it is ready for members.
- December 2 – LIVE – Members will be able to start actively using Upload Listing in CREA WEBForms® 2019 in their day-to-day work.
- December 2 – 16 – PARALLEL – Members will have two weeks to work with both systems: WEBForms® Legacy / ADT and CREA WEBForms® 2019 / Upload Listing. **This is the critical period for you to COMPLETE your transition to the new WEBForms® platform.**
- December 16 – END OF ADT and READ-ONLY MODE FOR WEBFORMS® LEGACY – As of this date, ADT will be deactivated. You will no longer be able to build new Transaction Kits in WEBForms® Legacy. You will be actively working and building kits in CREA WEBForms® 2019 and sending your listing data to the Board via Upload Listing. You will still be able to read your kits in Legacy and transfer them into CREA WEBForms® 2019 in preparation for the deactivation of Legacy.
- January 2 – END OF WEBFORMS® LEGACY – Legacy will no longer be accessible or visible.
We will be sending you a detailed to-do list soon to assist you through this transition period.
Training and resources for Upload Listing
FVREB IT staff are building a step-by-step How-to Guide for Upload Listing and will be creating a How-to Video when the tool is accessible in testing mode. We aim to release these resources at the same time the new tool is launched.
We are in the process of adding an Upload Listing function component to our Hands-on Lab courses for CREA WEBForms® 2019. Again, step-by-step visuals will be included once we have access to the tool.
We have added additional resources to our Helpdesk team. CREA informed us they will be expanding their support hours.
