The British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) has added a new layer of interactivity to its online learning platform with the launch of Professional Development Gamification.
This new feature allows REALTORS® to earn digital badges as they complete online courses, Learning Plans, or Collections. It’s designed to make professional development more engaging by helping learners track their progress, celebrate milestones, and stay motivated as they build their skills across key areas of real estate practice in BC.
The Gamification page, found under the “Professional Development” menu on BCREA Access provides a clear overview of how the system works and outlines the different badges that can be earned, ranging from course completions to long-term learning achievements.
