In 2022, 84 per cent of FVREB members’ listings were loaded via Upload Listing. We appreciate your desire and duty to market your client’s listing as quickly as possible, but we still need you to adhere to our MLS® Rules of Cooperation.
The following must be posted to your listing on Paragon within 24 hours of your listing becoming active:
- A copy of the Title Search;
- A copy of the registered Strata Plan;
- Any completed Irrevocable Direction Regarding Presentation of Offers form; and,
- A minimum of one photo.
Buyers and their agents need to see this information ASAP. Thank you for your cooperation.
