Starting September 26, Paragon Connect users can ‘Assume Identity,’ modify listing photo labels and descriptions in bulk, export listing data, and report listing issues – all on the go. Get to know the new features that will be introduced in Paragon 5.973.
Assume Identity
Paragon Connect will soon allow users to log in to their own Paragon accounts and work through the system as another user. Please note that ‘Assume Identity’ is based on your setup in Paragon Professional and will only appear in your user menu if another person in your office has given you permission to assume their identity.
To use this feature, go to the hamburger menu (three stacked horizontal lines at the top left corner of the window), click the drop-down arrow beside your name, and select ‘Assume Identity.’ You will then see the list of people you who gave you permission.

You may also ‘Assume Identity’ while doing a member search. Click on ‘Details,’ then click on the person icon in the upper right corner.

To easily identify that you’re in ‘Assume Identity’ mode, Paragon Connect will display a pink highlight around the current user profile and a pink badge over the menu.

Bulk Photo Labels
Paragon Connect’s photo maintenance section will get an upgrade. With the new ‘Bulk Labels’ functionality, you can add descriptions and modify labels of listing photos one photo at a time or everything at once.

‘Bulk Labels’ can be accessed in the overflow menu (three-dot icon in the upper right corner of the window) after you’ve selected ‘Edit Listing Photos.’
Export Listings from Spreadsheets
Need to download listing data fast? Use Paragon Connect to easily export general listing information and other details to a CSV file.
To export listings from spreadsheets, open the file/s you want to export, go to the overflow menu, then select “Export.” The CSV file can be opened in applications like Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets.

Report Listing Issue
If you’re having trouble with a listing, use the new ‘Report Listing Issue’ email form in the ‘Listing Detail View.’ The MLS® administrator receives the report, so make sure you provide detailed information.

Please note that this feature follows the same email distribution choice defined in Paragon Professional.
