REALTORS® are advised that the BC Real Estate Association (BCREA) has updated and revised the Property Disclosure Statement (PDS) forms.
The changes include a new “Property No-Disclosure Statement Form” and a revised “Seller’s Disclosure of Material Latent Defects Form” following BC Court of Appeal decision Sewell v. Abadian.
REALTORS® are encouraged to always use the most current Standard Forms and clauses, available on WEBForms®.
