Please be advised that the Board office building will be closed to members and the public effective 12 noon, Friday, December 23 through 8 am Tuesday, January 3, 2023. The front door will be locked and the switchboard will be on voicemail.
However, please note staff will continue to offer essential services during these days that are not statutory holidays:
- December 23 – 8 am to 12 noon
- December 28 – 8 am to 4:30 pm
- December 29 – 8 am to 4:30 pm
- December 30 – 8 am to 12 noon

| Helpdesk | For information technology (IT) services, a FVREB Helpdesk staff member will be available at Helpdesk and 604.930.7626. |
| MLS® | The MLS® Director and four staff members will be processing listings, amendments and sales for year-end. All firm sales reported to the Board prior to the noon cut-off on December 30 will be processed and included in this year’s Medallion. Any firm sales submitted to the Board after the noon cut-off will be processed in January and included in next year’s. As usual, Broker Load offices are able to continue to post their new listings and amendments throughout this period. For December 28, 29 and 30, lockbox services will be available by telephone only at 604.930.7640 or via the direct MLS® line, 604.930.7639. |
| Accounting | Brokers can make payments and download invoices at any time during the holidays via the Member Portal. Please contact our Helpdesk before the holiday closure for help setting up payments. Invoices will be emailed nightly and available on the Member Portal. |
| Education & Membership | Staff members will update license renewals and PDP compliance. |
