As advised in eMemo #4350, the Board office will be closed while staff are away for the holidays, starting at noon on Wednesday, December 24, and reopening at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, January 2, 2026. The front door will be locked, and the switchboard voicemail will be on.
However, please note that staff will continue to offer essential services during non-statutory holidays including:
- December 29 — 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- December 30 — 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- December 31 — 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
MLS® Services
Staff will process listings, amendments and sales for year-end.
- MLS® services will be available via the direct MLS® line, 604.930.7639 or email mlslistings@fvreb.bc.ca.
- All firm sales reported to the Board prior to 12:00 noon Wednesday, December 31 (Medallion cut-off), will be processed and included in 2025 Medallion.
- Any firm sales submitted to the Board after 12:00 noon Wednesday, December 31 (Medallion cut-off) will be processed in January and included in 2026 Medallion.
- As usual, Broker Load offices can continue to post their new listings and amendments throughout this period.
Helpdesk and Lockbox
For information technology (IT) support and Lockbox services, FVREB Helpdesk staff will be available at helpdesk@fvreb.bc.ca and 604.930.7626.
Membership Services
Staff members will update license renewals.
Education
Staff members will monitor and update PDP compliance.
Finance
Finance staff will not be in the office.
- Brokers can make payments and download invoices at any time during the holidays via FVREB Connect. Please contact the Helpdesk before the holiday closure for help setting up payments if needed.
- Invoices will be emailed nightly and available on FVREB Connect.
