Listing Insights Report: A Complete View of Listing Performance
A new Listing Insights Report brings key listing data into one centralized, interactive view.
Accessible from any published listing, this report pulls together performance, engagement, and activity in one place, making it easier to understand how your listing is performing and where to take action.
Within the report, the Competition section highlights similar active listings based on price, property type, and features. You can view these on a map, scan photos and summaries, and click through to full listing details to quickly compare against your own property.
This gives you a clearer picture of how your listing stacks up in the current market, without jumping between multiple tools.
Auto Recovery: Built-In Protection for Listing Edits
Listing Maintenance now includes Auto Recovery for both unpublished and published listings, helping prevent lost work.
As you edit a listing, changes are automatically saved in the background every few minutes. If your session times out or you’re unexpectedly logged out, your most recent edits are preserved.
When you return, Paragon will check for unsaved changes and prompt you to review and apply them before continuing. The process is automatic, secure, and only visible when needed.
This update reduces rework and adds a layer of confidence when working on listings, especially during longer edits.
Mobile App Settings: One Place to Manage Your Experience
A new Mobile App Settings page brings your mobile preferences into one convenient location.
Found under Settings, this page lets you manage map defaults and view or manage registered devices connected to your account. The layout matches other settings pages, making it easy to navigate and update as needed.
This update simplifies how you manage your mobile setup, without having to jump between different areas of Paragon.
