On Wednesday, May 3, Paragon received an update that includes improvements to functionality as well as provides general enhancements to performance.
Notable items coming to Paragon with Version 5.58:
1. Several default options from the CMA Presentation Setup have been added to the CMA Preferences Wizard, allowing you to further customize your CMA creation process and save time. You will now have the option to set default options for Comparable Report, CMA Summary, CFMA Comparable Property Statistics, and CMA Sellers Net Sheet in the CMA Preferences Wizard, which can be found in the navigation bar at the top of your screen in Paragon under ‘Preferences’.
2. Matches on the Collaboration Centre are retained until new updates are available. Prior to this update, the Collaboration Centre would email clients when new listings were found. Once those listings were viewed or new ones were found, any prior listings (seen or not seen) would be removed. In the latest version of Paragon, those listings will remain until a new listing has been located and they have been viewed by a client. For example:
Scenario 1: A client receives an email on Monday about three new matches, then go to the Collaboration Centre to view them. On Tuesday, the client returns to the Collaboration Centre to now find that those matches are still available to view and manage, as no new matches have appeared.
Scenario 2: A client receives four new matches on Monday, three on Tuesday, and another four on Wednesday, but doesn’t have a chance to look at them until Friday. Because they were not viewed yet by the client, all eleven are retained until that client goes in to look.
