Client Connect has received a new name in Paragon, to reflect the recent improvements to its functionality and interface: The Collaboration Center. This is where you and your clients can meet to share information, interact online and, well, collaborate.
On the Client side of the Collaboration Center, users will also experience many changes and improvements to the tool’s usability and features. Some of these improvements for clients will include:
- A new, enhanced dashboard for viewing and exploring your saved listings, updates to listings, and notices such as new comments and open houses.
- The Collaboration Center will be fully responsive and compatible with any smartphone or tablet.
- Listing management is will be easier and more accessible via the new dashboard, under ‘Saved Listings.’ (All listings will start out in the ‘Undecided’ tab on the dashboard, where clients can then identify them as Favourites, Possibles, or Rejects. Clients can also group listings within folders for easier management and organization).
- There will be three ways to display listings within the Collaboration Center: tile, mapped or thumbnail view.
- Clients will be able to comment on listings and do comparisons easily within the tool.
