Using WEBForms® 5.0 should be straightforward however, we are offering training sessions for those who want to see a demonstration of how they used to do things and how it works in the new version.
The Board is hosting two FREE one-hour information sessions on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at the following times:
- 9 am to 10 am
- 10:30 am to 11:30 am

Welcome to the new WEBForms® experience!
On Tuesday April 25, the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) launched a newly designed and more responsive version of WEBForms®. The initial release will be a beta version available prior to an official launch, running parallel with WEBForms® Version 4 with the option of switching between versions.
With CREA WEBForms® 5, the fresh new look is specifically designed to create a more efficient experience for users. Clean and modern, the new WEBForms® interface allows you to find exactly what you’re looking for quickly and with ease.
The new beta version of WEBForms® 5 features:
- A new user interface making it easier and faster for our members to complete their real estate transactions.
- Enhanced mobile compatibility allowing members to use WEBForms® at their desk or on the go. The new beta version of WEBForms® 5 is fully responsive and will be available on almost any device.
You’re back-end data is the same in both versions – no need for duplicate data on two different platforms. It’s just the front-end design and workflow that will change between versions. Check out this slick new design:
While you’re getting used to the new design, you can toggle between WEBForms® 4 and 5 through the button on the top right of each interface – next to ‘Settings’ and ‘Log Out’ on Version 5 and ‘Home’ and ‘Help on Version 4 – allowing you to choose the version you’re most comfortable with until you’re ready to fully switch over.
Eventually, WEBForms® 4 will no longer be available and WEBForms® 5 will be the only option. We’ll give you plenty of notice when we confirm the dates it will be phased out.
