You might recall last year, the Board announced that a new Member Portal was coming that would have new features and an improved user experience and showed off an initial preview of what the portal would look like while it was still being developed at an early stage.
Now, we’re excited to share that the New Member Portal will launch on April 2 and provide a more comprehensive view into what managing your member information will look like once available.

This will be your base of operations when it comes to managing your member profile, and we want to take some time exploring what will soon be available to you when you first log-in.
My Profile
This is where you’ll be able to view and edit your profile information, including your photo. This is displayed prominently in the top-left corner of the page for quick access to your essential details.
My Schedule
Immediately beneath your profile information, you’ll see a schedule that will be filled with upcoming courses you have registered for.
Notifications
Prominently displayed at the center of the top of the page are your notifications. You’ll want to keep an eye out for any updates posted here.
Quick Links
Underneath your notifications, you’ll notice that there are prominent buttons linking you to commonly-used tools and services for your business. You’ll see links to CREA WEBForms®, Paragon, NewsReal, Stats Centre, and more, which you can get to from the homepage with a simple click.
Balances
On the right of the homepage, you’ll see that your member balance with the Board (and brokerage balance if you’re a broker) is displayed for quick, easy viewing.
Upcoming Events and Committees
Directly below your Account Balances, there are tabs to view both upcoming events with the Board, and a list of committees that you are a part of. These will both be updated automatically for your reference and registration if needed.
Upcoming Courses
Lastly, at the very bottom of the page, you’ll see a list of some of the different upcoming courses (whether you’re registered for them or not) that you can view and sign-up for with ease.
