Registering for a course in the new Member Portal

In April, the Board will be launching a brand-new Member Portal for managing your membership information.

One of the most exciting features of the new Portal will be the enhanced Education page and improved process for registering for courses.

Here’s what you’ll see once it’s launched:

The first thing you’ll notice is that the page is much cleaner than the current course calendar, which looks like this:

Rather than displaying course information on an over-loaded calendar view, the new Education Page will allow you to filter for the courses you’re interested in and provide a clean, written description next to the schedule.

However, you’ll still have the option for the more classic grid-style view by selecting the option in the drop-down tab at the top of the page. Please note: This page is still in development, and will have course information visible on days where there are courses taking place.

You’ll also have the ability to click on the title of a course you’re interested in to see more detailed information, as well as an option to Register.

And that’s just one great new enhancement you can look forward to with the new Portal! We’ll be talking more about new and improved features in the coming weeks, so keep an eye out on NewsReal.
