Enhancements coming to Paragon’s Collaboration Centre (Client Connect 2)

Several enhancements and fixes are coming to Paragon’s Collaboration Centre (formerly known as Client Connect 2) on Tuesday, March 21 that will help make it easier to use and more functional for you and your clients.

The Collaboration Centre is where you and your clients can meet to share information, interact online and, simply put, collaborate to find housing solutions effectively and with ease.

Below is the full release information for the incoming update, detailing the various improvements that will be made to the Collaboration Centre, courtesy of the tool’s provider.

1. Ability to filter data on Mobile view by various parameters

Bug: In the mobile view of CC, users can filter by the updates and can sort the data, but they cannot choose which search to filter on.

Fix: Users can now choose which search to filter.

2. Listings not loading after initial 6 results

Bug: A few CC users were experiencing issues where only the first 6 listings would load on the dashboard due to the user’s browser zoom level .

Fix: Issues relating to the user’s browser zoom level have been corrected.

3. New ‘Help’ link added to CC users.

Enhancement: New users will see a  help overlay that will display on the screen when they first visit CC.

4. Favourite/Possible/Rejected folders with listings in them but the Saved folders are empty

Bug: The Favourite, Possible, and Rejected folders always had a count of zero even though there were listings in these folders.

Fix: This has been corrected to display the correct number of listings in each folder

5. Zoom In/Out and Pan Controls added to CC Maps

Enhancement: All CC maps now contain a manual zoom in and out button. This will allow users running CC without a mouse to manually zoom in or out on a map.

6. Dashboard Counts filter results based on saved search(es)

Bug: Prior to this release, filtering by a search only updated the content within the orange ‘Updates’ section.

Fix: We have updated this functionality to include the Undecided, Favourite, Possible, Other Content to reflect the number based on the selected search.

7. Must manually select lookup, not hit enter to search correctly

Bug: When using the location search field to limit the results to a city, state, zip, etc., the auto complete control was not functioning properly after clicking the ‘Enter’ button.

Fix: This has been corrected so that if you click ‘Enter’, the system will select the value.

8. Need a way to un-Categorize a listing

Enhancement: Users can now ‘unmark’ a listing to ‘undecided’. For example, if you mark a listing as a favourite by accident or change your mind, you can now click the same icon to make the listing go into the undecided bucket.

9. Ability to remove listing from a custom folder

Enhancement: A new icon has been added to the custom folders within CC to allow users to easily remove a listing from the current folder.

10. Additional Information added to the Thumbnail View

Enhancement: Several additional fields have been added to the thumbnail report including the MLS® number, City, State, Postal code, and status.
