In the interests of privacy best practices, effective March 3, 2020, documents associated with listings in Paragon that have been inactive for three months will be removed.
This is a change from the Board’s previous practice of removing them after six months. The listing itself will remain on Paragon, only the associated documents will be deleted. Note: This purge will not affect photos.
This means, if you have a title search, Property Disclosure Statement, floor plans or any other documents associated with a listing that went off the market before December 3, 2019, those associated documents will be deleted.
Associated listing documents will continue to be deleted three months after the listing has become inactive. If you have questions, contact the Helpdesk at 604-930-7626.
