Case study #276 is now available.

This case study examines a REALTOR® who failed to clearly explain the purchase price of the property, the amount and source of the commission, and the mortgage arrangement; failed to fill out paperwork completely which led to further misunderstanding; failed to disclose that he would receive a mortgage brokerage commission; and among other details, failed to promptly deliver copies of all contracts and documents.

An appeal hearing was held in June; the Appeal Board decision is included.
