Update on Managing and Resolving Issues on WEBForms®

As we continue to find ways to serve you better at the FVREB, we want to update you on an immediate enhancement we are making to how WEBForms® issues are managed.

Effective May 1, 2020, you will be able to email us at webforms@fvreb.bc.ca to escalate your concern. This dedicated email will be actively monitored by an Information Technology Team member at the Board, and issues sent to this email will be addressed by the Office of the CEO.

Please note that this email is only to be used to escalate an issue that has not been resolved through the existing process of contacting CREA’s Member Support Centre at 1-888-237-7945 or support@crea.ca.

As a reminder, your first point of contact for managing and/or resolving issues related to WEBForms® functionality continues to be CREA’s Member Support Centre. If, for some reason, your issue is not satisfactorily addressed by CREA, reach out to us at FVREB via the new webforms@fvreb.bc.ca email and we will escalate your request on your behalf.

For your knowledge and information, the FVREB Information Technology Team actively monitors any WEBForms® issues received, and on a weekly basis, reports them to CREA. In turn, CREA liaises with Lone Wolf, the WEBForms® service provider, on behalf of all Boards and its members.

Thank you in advance for working with us to help better meet your needs.
