Reminder: The fee for Board-loaded listings increased to $50 November 1, 2017.
The Board of Directors approved changes to the listing fees in an effort to provide a discount to members who use REALTOR® Load (ADT) and Commercial Agent Load, while acknowledging that Board-loaded listings require more staff time and should be billed accordingly.
The listing fees are as follows:

Note: All fees are subject to 5% GST
The directors are pleased to offer the following options for members and offices to load listings on the MLS®:
- $15: REALTOR® Load (ADT) and Commercial Agent Load (approximately 70% of FVREB member listings are processed this way)
- $50: Board-load (approximately 30% of FVREB member listings are posted this way)
