Proxy authorization for the 2026 FVREB Annual General Meeting is now open in FVREB Connect.
As outlined in eMemo #4368, members who are unable to attend the AGM may authorize another eligible member to vote on their behalf. A step-by-step video guide is available on FVREB Connect to walk you through the process and help ensure your request is completed correctly.
The deadline to submit proxy requests is 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Requests submitted after this time will not be accepted.
