Paragon 10.0 – 10.1 has new features for users
Power Search: Search All Results
The Power Search tool in Paragon Connect now allows users to run a full, comprehensive, property search, providing users with the most relevant search matches. The “View” button has been renamed “All” and now performs a complete search, taking you to a thumbnail view of all possible matches.
Paragon has updated the navigation menu on the home page to enhance usability. The Paragon Connect button has been refreshed with the Paragon Connect icon. Additionally, the ‘Membership’ button has been renamed to ‘Roster’ for improved clarity.
Large Photo Navigation
Paragon has added navigation arrows to the full-size image viewer in the photo gallery. No more opening and closing individual photos—simply click through from image to image.
This feature is available in both Paragon Connect and Collaboration Center, and the navigation functionality is also included in both mobile applications.
Pinch and Zoom Photos
Listing photos are undeniably one of the most crucial factors when it comes to buying or selling real estate. And on mobile devices, the ability to pinch and zoom for a closer look at those important details is a must-have feature.
Paragon has enabled the pinch-and-zoom functionality on both the mobile web and app versions, making it easier to explore every detail of a property.
In addition to pinch-and-zoom on mobile devices, Paragon has enhanced the large photo gallery experience on laptops and desktop computers. Users can now zoom and pan around photos using a mouse or trackpad, giving you even greater control and flexibility when viewing property details.
These enhancements are available across both Paragon Connect and Collaboration Center.
Collaboration Center Update Label Change “Notified”
Throughout the home-buying journey, prospective buyers receive several key updates from Paragon—new matches, price changes, open houses, status updates, and more. Timing is everything when it comes to these events, as they often play a crucial role in making a buying decision.
To make it easier for buyers to track when these updates occurred, Paragon has added the “notified” feature. Next to the update indicator, users will now see a clear label that says, ‘Notified X days ago.’ This simple change provides clarity and ensures buyers stay informed.
New and More Powerful Filter for PowerSearch – All Results
Paragon has added new tools to the PowerSearch to make refining your search results easier than ever. The new filters allow users to narrow down a search by specific statuses and classes.
Next to each status and class, users will see a count of listings that match that criteria, making it easier to pinpoint exactly what you’re looking for.
