Stay Ahead with the Expiring Tracker
The Expiring Tracker widget helps you keep tabs on listings set to expire within the next 60 days. Listings are sorted by expiration date and include a countdown showing days remaining.
Listings nearing expiration are clearly flagged, making it easier to spot time-sensitive follow-ups. Like other widgets, you can refresh the data instantly and open listings directly in Listings Input Maintenance if you have access.
This widget is available on both the Inventory Dashboard and homepage.
Upcoming Open Houses, All in One Place
The Upcoming Open Houses widget provides a clear, at-a-glance view of scheduled open houses across ‘My Info’, ‘Office’, and ‘Firm’ tabs.
Each entry shows the address, date, time, countdown, and time zone. Built-in filters let you narrow results to today, the next few days, or the next two weeks. Selecting an open house opens a detailed modal where authorized users can review or edit event details without leaving the dashboard.
Upcoming Tours Made Easier to Manage
The new Upcoming Tours widget gives you quick access to scheduled tours across personal, office, and firm listings.
Tours can be filtered by date range, expanded to view more entries, and refreshed instantly. Clicking a tour opens a detailed modal similar to the Open House view, with edit access available for users with permission.
This widget helps keep tour activity visible and organized without switching screens.
