Members are advised of an important update regarding the login procedure for SentriLock.
As per eMemo #4334, as of Wednesday, April 9, 2025, users will be prompted to authenticate via REALTOR.ca Single Sign-On (SSO) when logging into SentriLock via a browser on your desktop or laptop.
Members using the SentriLock mobile app will not be affected.
Currently, when you access SentriLock with a browser, you are redirected to Clareity to enter your username and password. Effective April 9, 2025, you will be redirected to sign in to REALTOR.ca using your email, password, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
