Given what a busy year members had, you’ll be glad you started reviewing your 2017 sales well in advance of our end-of-year deadline. To finalize Medallion standings or just find out how your year compared to 2016, please ensure all your 2017 sales have been submitted to the Board for processing prior to 12 noon, Friday, December 29.
For many members and offices, their sales totals impact their Medallion standings; other members simply like to track their sales from year to year.
Please log onto www.realtorlink.ca and click the “My Membership Info” link then click the “Medallion” link to review your sales information for the year.
If you notice any discrepancies, first check to ensure that the sale has been processed on Paragon. If it hasn’t, then please ask your conveyancer to submit it to the Board for processing ASAP.
If you are not the Listing Brokerage, please have your conveyancer contact their counterpart at the Listing Brokerage to submit it. If however the sale has already been processed and you still don’t see the points in your total, please email sales@fvreb.bc.ca right away with the details.
