Medallion 2026 welcomed 468 REALTORS® for an evening that reflected both the depth and diversity of our profession. From members in their first few years of the business to those marking more than 50, the room was filled with experience, fresh energy and a shared commitment to excellence. It was a celebration of longevity, leadership, and the next generation stepping forward.
Guests stepped onto the red carpet and into the spotlight as a lineup of interactive photo experiences— from the Sketchbot and Selfie Station to the immersive 360 video booth — captured the energy and unforgettable moments all night long. The s’mores and sundae bar quickly became a highlight, drawing a steady lineup as members built their creations and connected with colleagues between presentations. Groove & Tonic provided the soundtrack for the evening, keeping the atmosphere upbeat as the celebration continued.
Several members and offices distinguished themselves with multiple wins. Shashi Madan of eXp Realty of Canada earned first place in Top Business and Top Industrial and Commercial Sales, a strong showing in the commercial categories. Royal LePage Wolstencroft, led by Managing Broker Peter Kiriakov, achieved the rare distinction of earning first place in the Top Office category for both 1 to 5 licensees and 151 or more licensees.
In the team categories, David Tsen of Oracle Property Group with eXp Realty of Canada led his team to first place in the Team 10 to 19 Members category, while also earning second place in Top Dollar Volume, second place in Top Listed Units and second place in Top Sold Units. Katrina Amurao of Katrina and the Team with eXp Realty of Canada delivered one of the most impressive performances of the night, securing first place in Top Dollar Volume, first place in Top Listed Units, first place in Top Sold Units and first place in the Team 20 or More Members category, in addition to receiving the Team President’s Award.
One of the most meaningful moments of the evening highlighted growth and dedication to the profession. Last year’s Rookie of the Year, Kate Carandang of Century 21 Coastal Realty, returned to the stage to receive first place in Top Sold Units and the President’s Award this year. Her continued success is a powerful example of commitment translating into results.
With members gathered together, Medallion 2026 was more than an awards night. It was a reminder that whether you are five decades into your career or just getting started, dedication and excellence continue to define our community.
