As stated in an eMemo sent to all members on Wednesday, March 18, the Board office building will be closed starting at 4:30 pm on Thursday, March 19 until further notice, to reduce the risks of COVID-19 to members and Board staff.
All FVREB staff will be equipped to continue their daily work and continue to meet the needs of members remotely. As part of this move, a few of the Board’s processes will need to change.
Lockboxes:
General lockbox purchases will not be available, but will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Education receipts:
Hard copy receipts for over-the-phone course or lab class registrations and refunds will no longer be sent to offices via Realty-to-Realty. However, members will continue to have the ability to view and print receipts via the Member Portal.
