Time is running out to submit sales for Medallion. All 2021 sales must be submitted for processing prior to 12 noon on Friday, December 31, 2021 in order to count towards 2021 Medallion standings.
To view Medallion reports:
- Log into REALTOR Link®.
- Click on “Business Centre” (in the blue menu bar at the top of the homepage)
- Click on the “Membership Programs” tab mid-page
- Click on “Medallion Program” in the drop-down menu
The reports are in the first section called “Medallion Reports” and will be updated daily during regular business hours, Monday to Friday.
To view personal Medallion stats:
- Log into the Member Portal
- Select: Medallion > My Statistics > Current Year
Personal statistics will be updated automatically daily, including weekends. You can also review last year’s transactions on the page.
If you discover a discrepancy, first check to ensure that the sale has been processed on Paragon. If it hasn’t, ask your conveyancer to submit it to the Board for processing immediately. Offices must include a copy of the Sales Report form and Contract of Purchase & Sale, along with any Amendments/Addenda.
For CADREB, FVREB and REBGV area transactions, sales documents should be sent directly to the board where the property is located. Please note the direct email addresses for those boards below:
- FVREB – sales@fvreb.bc.ca
- REBGV – sales@rebgv.org
- CADREB – sales@cadreb.com (include the word ‘SALE’ in the subject line)
- BCNREB and all other BC Boards – must be sent to FVREB at sales@fvreb.bc.ca. FVREB will forward to the appropriate board. Please ensure these are sent in early to allow sufficient time to forward and include the last subject removal form for these other BC Board sales, as some boards do require a copy, or make note if is subject-free.
If you are not the Listing Brokerage, please have your conveyancer contact their counterpart at the Listing Brokerage to submit the sale information. If, however, the sale has already been processed and you still don’t see the points in your total please email sales@fvreb.bc.ca immediately with the details.
Beyond annual rankings, submitting your sales before the deadline ensures that you receive the most complete data to review year-over-year growth or to plan and set goals for 2022. So, remember to report all sales to the Board prior to 12 noon on Friday, December 31, 2021.
