We published the article before the Real Estate Council of British Columbia implemented a series of new rules under the Real Estate Services Act – a change which significantly altered the forms you use every day in your business.
We thought you may want to take a look back (fondly or not) over the year that was, and revisit what changed and what remained the same from the new standard forms, the Contract of Purchase and Sale and buyer’s agency. You never know if you missed something you should know.
