Resolution #1 – Change the name of Business Practices Committee to Professional Conduct Committee PASSED 

Resolution #2 – Strengthen the Standards for Membership Qualifications PASSED 

Resolution #3 – Allow Commercial Division to Disband PASSED 

Resolution #4 – Exempt the Past President from the 3 Directors per Franchise Rule DEFEATED 

Resolution #5 – Limit the Number of Consecutive Years in Office for Vice-President to 1 Year and Directors to 6 years DEFEATED
