@Gmail.com Emails in Paragon® – Issue Resolved

Dear members,

We are pleased to report that Black Knight has advised that the erroneous opt-outs of users and their clients, caused by the Gmail outage on Tuesday, has been resolved.

As you know, we told you in our eMemo yesterday that Google Mail reported that many @Gmail.com email users experienced an outage on December 15 that caused bounce-back messages to be issued to senders who are trying to reach them, incorrectly stating that the email address does not exist, when in fact it does.

While Black Knight feels confident that this issue has been corrected, they do suggest that agents review their active contacts and their notifications to ensure all clients are working as they intend.

In addition, Black Knight indicates they have had some reports of users being unable to utilize the email modal window within Paragon. This is likely due to an update to the Rich Text Editor made in the 5.80 release. Users simply need to clear the browser cache on their device to resolve the issue.

You can find instructions on how to clear their cache at the link below.
