This year marked the Fraser Valley’s first independently coordinated REALTORS Care® Blanket Drive, and the results were exceptional. Together, our REALTOR® community collected 907 bags of warm clothing and blankets, providing comfort to more than 9,000 people across the region.
With the support of more than 70 volunteers, 20 drop-off locations (including the Khalsa Diwan Society in Abbotsford), and partnerships with over 20 local charities, this year’s drive exemplified the spirit behind our theme of “Warmth That Lasts.” We are also grateful for the generous contribution of more than 80 new Vessi shoes from the Smile Foundation, made possible through the support of David Corrie and Rajin Gill.
Across the region, brokerages reflected that shared purpose. In Langley, two offices—just blocks apart—spent the same morning sorting donations, each contributing in their own meaningful way.
At Royal LePage Wolstencroft, volunteers filled the office as longtime supporter Karen Weber guided a team through hours of sorting and packing. By the end of the day, 69 bags were prepared for five local charities.

Just minutes away at Stonehaus Realty, the same commitment was on full display. Led by Michelle Perrault, who has supported the Blanket Drive since 2013, more than 30 volunteers prepared over 40 bags for individuals and families in need.
As the donations were packed and delivered, the message behind this 31-year tradition remained unmistakable. The Blanket Drive is not only about the items collected; it is a reflection of REALTORS® coming together to support their communities with compassion, consistency, and care.

Year after year, your efforts demonstrate that when warmth is shared, its impact extends far beyond the winter season.
