The highly anticipated 2024 FVREB AGM is less than a month away and we want to make it as seamless as possible for you to attend, have your say and elect your next Board of Directors! Members can attend in person at the Sheraton Guildford or participate from the comfort of your home or office.
Here is your AGM 101:

Hot breakfast served at 7:30 a.m.
Meeting commences at 9:00 a.m.
Free parking — License plate registration is not required.
AGM Registration
Registration in advance of February 29, 2024, is not required, but your RSVP is requested.

Important! eTickets are not required to attend this meeting. The eTicket is auto generated by Eventbrite and serves as your confirmation that your RSVP has been received.
Registration will be required on the day of the AGM for ALL eligible members who intend to vote, whether attending in person or online. Registration must be completed by 9:15 a.m. sharp!
- If you’re attending online, you will need to log onto FVREB Connect and click the meeting link prior to 9:15 a.m. to be eligible to vote (if you are a voting member).
- Attending in person? Members can register in person as early as 7:00 a.m. Please bring your membership card for registration.

What’s for breakfast? Will bacon and eggs be served?
You bet! Vegetarian and gluten-free options will also be available. Come early and enjoy breakfast in the dining room upstairs. Breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m.
In-person AGM Checklist
☑– Bring your membership card if you are attending in person.
☑ – Check-in/register with FVREB Staff, eligible members must register no later than 9:15 a.m. to vote.
☑ – Each voting member will be given a clicker to cast their vote. Lose your clicker, lose your vote.
☑ – If applicable, bring a printed and completed 2024 proxy form (max. 1 proxy per member).
☑ – Have breakfast, it will be available upstairs starting at 7:30 a.m.
☑ – Mingle with other members until 9:00 a.m.
☑ – Head to the meeting room where the AGM will take place.
☑ – Turn your mobile device on silent, and get ready for the 2024 AGM.
Online AGM checklist
☑ – Days before the AGM, bookmark the AGM page on FVREB Connect for easy access.
☑ – Test your equipment’s microphone, listening device (earphones or speakers) and camera ahead of the meeting time.
☑ – On February 29, join the AGM. Voting members must log in by 9:15 a.m. to be eligible to vote.
