Before you submit a listing for the MLS®, you must have a current title search. Members must do their own title searches, which must be completed within a few days of taking an actual listing, not in the weeks or months prior.
How do you get a title search?

Don’t forget to attach it to your listing:
Once your listing is active on Paragon, you are required to add a copy of the new title search to the Associated Documents tab on Paragon, within 24 hours of the listing becoming active. However, you do not need send a copy of the title search to the Board with your listing.
