2024 FVREB Member Survey Results

The results are in from the 2024 FVREB Member Survey and we are pleased to say general satisfaction among our membership is strong, at 76 per cent. Overall, the Board’s general satisfaction is above average for real estate boards in Canada.

Every two to three years, the Board conducts a comprehensive review of members’ opinions and satisfaction levels with all manner of Board-related matters. This year, 71 per cent of members stated they strongly agree or agree that FVREB is committed to serving their needs — a significant jump from 66 per cent in 2021 and 58 per cent in 2019.

Members believe the primary priorities of the Board should be MLS®, Helpdesk support and service and overall staff support and service. In fact, more than 80 per cent of members strongly agree or agree that wait times for Helpdesk support are acceptable and that the support they received from Helpdesk was from a knowledgeable and understanding representative.

Members stated secondary priorities of the Board should be professional development, enforcement, statistics and Professional Standards.

When it comes to communication, members are most satisfied with Realty Watch, Touchbase and FVREB Connect and prefer engaging with FVREB on Instagram and Facebook.

Thank you for participating in the Member Survey. It is an invaluable process which helps the Board to identify areas for improvement and plan for future growth. It provides the Board leadership with meaningful benchmarks against which to measure key results and achievements.
