The long-awaited upgrade to our Member/Office Portal and TLC Calendar is days away, with the official launch scheduled for April 2, 2019. Over the last several months, we’ve shared sneak peeks of the new Member Portal, which is easier to navigate, easier to update, has more visual appeal than its predecessor and includes some handy new features.
We want you to be prepared for a totally new and improved experience, confident that everything you see now through the current portal will be available on the new Member Portal. You’ll discover that the transition from the old to the new portal will be seamless, though for your convenience there are helpful guides available on REALTOR Link® to give you an overview and some tips and tricks.
Online billing and payment function
Perhaps the New Member Portal’s most anticipated feature is the online billing and payment function. Here are the top features, with a link to how-to documents:
- Pay your brokerage invoices online through your bank account, privately and securely. Once you’ve saved your bank information on your Profile (Brokerage Payment on File), it will be available to make future payment fast and easy.
- Review a list of your invoices and payments, click each invoice for greater detail, and click to select which invoices you wish to pay. Conveniently, your Brokerage Balance is displayed on your Home page. Clicking the Pay Now button takes you to a list of the invoices. Watch the how-to here.
- View statements for selected date ranges and print hard copies. Watch the how-to here.
*Please note that online payment of invoices is only available to brokerages. The option for Member Direct Billing is in development and we expect to share an announcement regarding that program in the next few months.
Review broker reports
- See members in your office with Agent Modify access.
- Check member and license details.
- Review education history and PDP status of members in your office. Watch the how-to here.
Brokerages with multiple offices
- If you have a brokerage with multiple offices, you can easily select which office you would like to review the information, accounts and reports.
Preparing for the transition
While we move to the new website, there will be a ‘black-out period’. It means that the old Member/Office Portal and TLC Calendar will be unavailable starting Friday, March 29 at 3 pm, until the new Member Portal comes on stream the morning of Tuesday, April 2.
Paper reports and existing payment options will continue to be available.
