Broker Load, a new tool available on November 27, will give offices more control over their listings. Training is being offered to Brokers, Managers, Member Links and Administrators on Wednesday, November 22, and Thursday, November 30. Register on the TLC Calendar.
Brokerages will be able to:
- activate REALTOR® Load (ADT) listings (change the status from FA-For Approval to A-Active) on residential listings that your REALTORS® have uploaded into Paragon
- add new residential or commercial listings directly into Paragon the traditional way via data entry, at your office
- process listing amendments including price changes, expiry date extensions and commission changes
On November 27, brokerages will be able to start using Broker Load if they’ve taken training.
Broker Load listing uploads and modifications will be immediately visible on Paragon – they will not go through the MLS® department for processing.
