These tools give you insights into views, activity, and buyer interest — all valuable information you can share with your clients. Having access to this data not only strengthens your market knowledge, but also helps you provide sellers with clear, evidence-based updates on how their property is performing.
Daily Views of Your Listing
This chart shows how many times people looked at the detailed view of your listing (not just the thumbnail or map). For example, if an agent views it in Paragon or a buyer opens it in Collaboration Center, it counts as a view.

- Green lines mark price changes so you can track how those changes affect activity.
- You can view stats for the past 7, 14, 30, or 90 days to spot trends in engagement.
Prospective Buyer Activity
This section shows how potential buyers are categorizing your client’s property during their search:
- Favorite – high interest
- Possible – considering it
- Rejected – not interested

These insights help sellers understand how buyers are responding and where the listing stands in the decision-making process.
Views: Agents vs. Buyers
Here you can see whether more agents or buyers are viewing the listing.
- More agent views = strong interest within the real estate community.
- More buyer views = strong public appeal.

This balance helps sellers understand how their property is being received in the market.
Recommended
This stat shows how many times an agent has recommended the property to buyers who may not have found it on their own. Recommendations help listings reach beyond typical search results and attract more attention.

Saved in a Search
This shows how often the listing appears in saved searches created by agents or buyers. Saved searches send automatic updates about changes in status or price, so a higher number here suggests strong buyer interest.

Note: If buyer searches are low but agent searches are high, remind your clients that each buyer’s agent must enable the buyer search function in Collaboration Center.
Social Activity
This stat tracks how many times agents have shared the listing by email. Social sharing extends the property’s reach and can bring it to buyers who might not have otherwise seen it.

Competition
This feature maps out nearby active and sold listings similar to your client’s property. It highlights key criteria (like bedrooms and bathrooms for homes, or acreage and square footage for land/commercial). The system shows properties within a 10-mile radius or up to 50 matches, helping sellers understand how their property stacks up in the current market.
