On Wednesday, December 5, an update to Paragon will be available that will introduce several new improvements and features to the system.
Maintenance to upgrade Paragon to version 5.68 will begin on Tuesday, December 4 at 10:00 PM and will last approximately eight hours. During this time, Paragon will be unavailable.
Here is a breakdown on what you can expect with the update via Black Knight, Paragon’s provider:
Enhancements to the Contact Activity widget
Several improvements have been made to the Contact Activity widget, providing increased information and functionality for members using the Paragon Contact Manager and Collaboration Center that relate to New Activity tracking.
Driving Directions are Now Generated in Google Maps
Paragon driving directions have been revamped so that users can enjoy all the features that Google Maps has to offer.
Larger Map in Print+ Driving Directions
When accessing driving directions via Print+, you will see that the map has been enlarged. On top of that, the destination letters that represent listings on the map have also been added to the step-by-step directions next to the associated listing address. This will help you identify which letter represents which listing on the map.
Paragon’s New Midwest Theme
Ye-haw! A new “Midwest” theme has been added to the Paragon database, which you can get a glimpse of below.
Center Map on Address – Update
The colours on the drop-down menu have been reversed so that the background is white and the address is gray. This more consistently resembles the coloring of the Map Layers panel and is easier to view.
Updated Contact Activity Widget
The new, four-tab layout is designed to provide direct access to client activity from Collaboration Center on your Paragon Home Screen.
You can use the Days Back selector to view activity up to 30 days back. Use the Edit Widget tool or the new setting in Preferences > System > Contact Manager to set the Default Days Back from 0 to 7 days. Up to 50 records will display on each tab. All activity can at any time be viewed from Contacts > View/Manage Contacts.
